Design SOPs like pre-delivery product photos, OTP validation, QC checks with 3PLs.

Build tech workflows: dashboards, exception handling, SLA tracking.

Own revenue, cost, and client satisfaction (NPS, QC accuracy, TAT).

Lead cross-functional collaboration across tech, ops, BD, and finance.

Who Should Apply:

7–12 yrs in logistics/supply chain with both forward & reverse logistics exposure.

Experience in designing and implementing reverse logistics SOPs.

Strong leadership in process design, tech integration, and client SLAs.

Reverse-only roles are rare — we're seeking those who’ve handled both F+R flows and implemented ground-level controls.
