Revenue Supervisor

**Description:**
The Revenue Supervisor will serve as a day-to-day role model to new and existing Reservations & Revenue Coordinators. Said individual is responsible for overseeing the reservation team for two distinguished Hyatt properties in Manhattan. Tasks will include assisting with reservation calls as well as reservation related training, coaching and scheduling. The individual will be in charge of creating and analyzing reports from the ‘Revinate’ system that the reservations team is using for all bookings. The Revenue Supervisor will also assist in implementing and managing all processes related to the effective handling of inbound guest calls and outbound calls to maximize revenue strategies and goals. They are supporting our Sales and Marketing initiatives that are targeted to meet the needs of the hotel. In addition to that one must ensure that the team s meeting and/or exceeding budgeted goals for the department. They will also support and educate the team on Forbes Standards and review calls and interactions to ensure team is in compliance with Forbes.
This position will also expose the candidate to revenue management by producing reporting that support and evaluate hotel business strategies to maximize overall hotel revenue. This position will also provide guidance and support.
**Salary Hourly Range: $30.00-$40.00**
**Qualifications:**
· 2 years in a hotel operations position preferred
· ‘Revinate’ System experience required
· Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
· Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
· Exceptional time management, detail and organizational skills
· Must be completely flexible and able to work weekdays, weekends, mid shifts, evenings and holidays
