JOB PURPOSE

The role of the Revenue Reservations Manager is to maximize rooms profit through the control of room inventory and yield management in all booking channels and market segments, as well as to maintain high levels of service provided by the reservation team.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, monthly reports, initiate and implement strategies and provide selling instructions accordingly.

2. Identify latest business market trends, offer recommendation on action plans to hotel management team to increase the hotel’s market RGI performance.

3. In charge of monthly financial forecasting and budget preparation in conjunction with the Sale and Marketing team.

4. Responsible for all commercial systems are operating under the best optimal condition, coordinate with company’s IT support and service desk to resolve all systems related IT issue.

5. Maintain departmental training and standards manual, be a motivator, team leader, innovative, proactive, revenue and customer focused individual.

3. Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Management or a related field

4. Fluent in English

2. Deep knowledge of Revenue and Distribution systems (Opera Cloud, SynXis CRS, Ideas RMS), Hyatt RM background is a plus
