Pricing & Product Management + Lead pricing strategies for B2B/B2C event products to ensure profitability and competitiveness. + Manage product lifecycle: launches, updates, and retirements. + Oversee revenue forecasting, performance tracking, and pricing optimization. Operational Leadership + Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency in event planning, sales, and delivery. + Solve operational issues using data-driven insights and ensure compliance with business plans. + Manage multiple projects and reprioritize based on business needs. Stakeholder Engagement + Build proactive, consultative relationships with business units. + Align team support with event needs and explore new collaboration opportunities. + Conduct regular operations reviews and execute agreed action items. Team Management + Supervise a team handling business support, pricing analysis, and operations. + Set priorities, delegate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of outputs. + Provide training, mentorship, and performance management (including PIPs). + Lead team-building, strategic planning, and CSR activities. Employee Engagement & Administration + Oversee onboarding, attendance, and employee well-being. + Maintain attrition below 10% and address personal/work issues. + Communicate team status during crises and recommend solutions.
