Your RoleOwn the operational strategy for the Service Provider organizationPartner with global and regional sales leaders as a trusted advisorSupport quota development and alignment, working with compensation and global ops teamsDrive weekly forecast reviews and pipeline analysis, delivering actionable insightsBuild and maintain reporting tools (SFDC dashboards, Tableau, Excel)Analyze performance metrics, coverage, retention, and consumption trendsIdentify and lead process improvements to enhance productivity and customer experienceSupport quarterly business reviews and planning processesMonitor and optimize usage of pre-paid services (FlexCredits)Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, and Deal DeskOwn and evolve business planning metrics: KPIs, OKRs, dashboardsWhat You Will Bring5–10 years in strategy or revenue operations roles, with 2–3 years in service provider environmentsStrong analytical skills and ability to tell a compelling story with dataFluency in Salesforce; Tableau experience is a plusExecutive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholdersExperience in segmentation, quota setting, and headcount planningDetail-oriented with the ability to see the big pictureSkilled in Excel and PowerPoint; able to build executive-level presentationsComfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environmentCollaborative mindset and cross-functional communication skillsWork ArrangementHybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
