Revenue Operations Director

You will be responsible for developing and leading a unified revenue operations strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. **Process Optimization** Streamline and standardize commercial processes to boost efficiency and support scalable growth. **Channel Strategy & Segmentation** Design segmentation models to optimize sales coverage and resource allocation. Assess partner performance and align with Sales to drive commercial outcomes. **Customer Services & Digital Sales** Lead regional Customer Services and Digital Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and strong inside sales performance aligned with commercial goals. **Commercial Systems & Tools** Improve adoption of CRM and BI tools like Salesforce to improve forecasting, visibility, and sales efficiency. **Pricing Strategy** Implement and manage pricing strategies that reflect market insights and customer value. Support global pricing alignment and ensure compliance across channels. **Who You Are:** You use business insights to drive strategic direction.
