Emerson Discrete Automation is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused **Director of Revenue Operations, Asia Pacific,** to lead the development and execution of a unified revenue operations framework that accelerates growth, scales performance, and drives commercial excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
In this role you will lead the strategic development and execution of a unified revenue operations framework that accelerates growth, scales performance, and drives commercial excellence across sales, marketing, and customer success within Emerson Discrete Automation, Asia Pacific. This role is also accountable for building the operational backbone of commercial success—optimizing engagement processes, delivering consistent customer experiences, and enabling data-driven decisions across the region. By enhancing how we operate across the full customer lifecycle, the Director will ensure executional rigor and cross-functional alignment.
Reporting to the **Vice President, Global Revenue Operations** , the Director will translate strategic priorities into operational outcomes, partnering with senior collaborators to support long-term revenue and market performance.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
**Business Intelligence:**
+ Drive growth and market expansion by identifying and prioritizing opportunities through robust analysis of internal performance data, customer engagement patterns, and market trends.
+ Assess the effectiveness of go-to-market models, using data to refine strategies and optimize execution.
+ Establish and supervise key performance indicators (critical metrics), providing actionable insights and regular updates to senior leadership, facilitating refinement of programs and strategies.
**Process Optimization:**
+ Champion the simplification and standardization of key commercial processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and the customer experience across all relevant functions. Ensure alignment with commercial excellence and operational scalability goals.
**Channel Strategy & Segmentation:**
+ Design and maintain data-driven channel segmentation models to support regional sales execution, customer coverage, and resource allocation.
+ Analyze partner performance, coverage gaps, and cost-to-serve to support decisions on direct vs. indirect motions and channel structure optimization.
+ Partner closely with Sales to validate segmentation models and support in-field execution, ensuring that channel strategy design and performance insights are tightly linked to commercial outcomes.
**Customer Services & Digital Sales:**
+ Provide direct leadership and strategic direction to the Customer Services and Digital Sales teams across the region.
+ Ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions from order entry through post-sale support, reinforcing a magnificent customer experience.
+ Align inside sales activities with broader commercial objectives—supporting funnel development, account engagement, and sales efficiency.
+ Collaborate with global counterparts to standardize service models, share standard methodologies Apply, and continuously improve the customer journey.
**Commercial Systems & Tools:**
+ Drive adoption and optimization of CRM systems like Salesforce and business intelligence tools to boost efficiency, enable real-time performance tracking, and improve forecasting and funnel management.
+ Use enablement tools such as Seismic to empower commercial teams with intelligent automation and predictive insights.
**Pricing Strategy:**
+ Implement pricing strategies for the region, delivering data-driven insights on price sensitivity, competitive positioning, and customer value perception.
+ Support the implementation of discounting frameworks and value-based pricing initiatives.
+ Be responsible for pricing effectiveness and compliance across channels, identifying areas for improvement and representing the region in global pricing discussions.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
+ Relevant years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or associated subject areas, with confirmed leadership experience commensurate with the level of this position.
+ Strong expertise in driving operational alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Service organizations.
+ Solid understanding of sales processes, pricing techniques, channel oversight, and customer lifecycle management in industrial or technology-related sectors.
+ Highly analytical with strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
+ Proficient in CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce), business intelligence tools, and revenue enablement platforms
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with the ability to work across all levels of a global matrixed organization.
+ Consistent record of driving process improvements and scalable operational models in sophisticated environments.
+ Strong change leadership skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings.

+ 5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or associated subject areas, with confirmed leadership experience.
