Joining the TUI Purchasing Team as Revenue Manager you will lead defining, shaping, and achieving the Group Late Buying Strategy whilst leading a team accountable for maximising sales and revenue for the tour operator across all TUI Source Markets, through renegotiation of hotel costs, identifying commercial opportunities and delivering back-office support.

Work closely with the Head of Purchasing for the area to share ideas and market information, present results of the KPIs Defining, shaping and delivering the Late Buying Strategy and in conjunction with key stakeholders, including the Source Market Trading TeamsLead, develop and align the revenue, yield and back-office / admin teams across different regions Be responsible for the successful sourcing of special offers and discounts for the relevant destinations and source markets Lead the team to strategically identify revenue opportunities across multiple markets to optimise the bed stock availability to support flight capacities Work closely with hotel suppliers to maximise sales and revenue opportunities Perform continuous analysis of the KPIs, market and competition to maximise results of the tour operator Monitor shortfall risks and work with key stakeholders to optimise bed availabilityABOUT YOU
Proven experience and background in commercial negotiations and/or yield management, preferably on a multi-source market and multi destination level Be fluent in both verbal and written English is essentialPrevious experience working with the Middle East, Indian Ocean, and Asia regions, with a strong understanding of regional market dynamics and revenue management practices. Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and developing a virtual global team Analytical Skills to identify commercial opportunities for the business Commercial acumen Result orientated individual, capable of working independently and within a teamFrom a workplace to a place to belong.
