Main Responsibilities and DutiesDevelop and execute pricing strategies to optimize room revenue and occupancyMonitor competitor pricing and market demand to adjust rates accordinglyManage and analyze data from PMS, RMS, and OTA platformsForecast revenue and prepare detailed performance reportsCollaborate with Sales and Marketing to align promotional strategiesOversee inventory management and distribution across all channelsSupport inventory management and forecasting for both FIT and group business to minimize displacement and maximize total hotel revenue

Lead revenue meetings and present actionable insights to senior management

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)Experience in international operations, multi-entity environments, and multinational corporate structures.Proven experience as a Revenue Manager in a luxury or upscale resort.Deep understanding of hotel distribution channels and OTA platformsDeep understanding of FIT distribution and Wholesalers behaviorsStrategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindsetFluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is also desirable.Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.Proven success in driving RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy growth through strategic pricing and distributionProven experience on multi regime and All Inclusive environment.Strong command of Excel and data visualization tools for forecasting and reportingExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modellingAbility to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategiesStrong commercial acumen and understanding of market segmentationComfortable making data-backed decisions under pressureForward-thinking approach to revenue optimization and digital distributionExcellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaborationExperience leading revenue meetings and influencing senior stakeholdersAbility to work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teamsA proactive, hands-on attitude with a focus on continuous improvementPassion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiencesAssist with the management of Group Block activity. Ensure that group cut-off dates, rooming lists, group block activity (i.e., pickup, wash) are being well managed.High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretionAdaptable to changing market conditions and emerging technologies
