Revenue Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Managerwho will provide the management with marketing intelligence to support informed decisions that result in an increase in the hotel’s overall revenue and maximize profitability.

In this role, you will be responsible to perform revenue management analysis functions to produce reports that support the evaluation of the Hotel's business strategies, provide guidance and support for sales and marketing initiatives that are aimed at meeting the needs of the hotel and to produce accurate revenue forecasts that help set goals.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in revenue management.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Hyatt’s revenue management systems is highly desired.Familiarity with central reservation systems, property management systems, and other revenue tools.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate insights effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of current market trends and competitive landscape and social media.
