The Revenue Manager is responsible for assisting in driving overall hotel revenue performance—including rooms, food & beverage, function space, and ancillary outlets—through effective pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies. The role works closely with the Director of Revenue Management to ensure the hotel maintains competitive positioning in the market and maximizes profitability across rooms, food & beverage, function space, and ancillary revenue streams. **Responsibilities** **Rooms & Distribution** · Develop, implement, and monitor pricing strategies to maximize hotel room revenue and market share. · Manage hotel inventory and distribution channels, ensuring strategies are aligned across all segments and systems. · Prepare and analyze reports to evaluate revenue performance, competitor positioning, and market trends. · Produce accurate revenue forecasts and contribute to the annual budget planning process. **Food & Beverage** · Partner with the Food & Beverage team to identify opportunities that maximize restaurant, bar, and banquet revenues. · Support the development of pricing strategies, promotions, and event-driven initiatives that enhance F&B profitability. · Monitor demand patterns and align outlet revenue strategies with overall hotel business objectives. **Function Space & Group Business** · Optimize function space revenue management by developing strategies for meetings, events, and group business. · Align pricing and booking guidelines with Sales to maximize profitability while supporting account-level strategies. · Monitor group pickup pace and adjust strategies to ensure effective space utilization and revenue generation. **Ancillary Revenue** · Drive cabana and daybed revenue performance in partnership with the Recreation team through optimized pricing and inventory strategies. · Support initiatives that maximize food & beverage and other non-room revenue opportunities. **Collaboration & Leadership** · Lead weekly revenue and business optimization meetings in alignment with Hyatt standards. · Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to ensure initiatives are aligned with revenue goals and market conditions. · Partner with operations and leadership teams to align pricing, group strategies, and overall business objectives. · Provide guidance and training to revenue management team members, ensuring adherence to Hyatt’s revenue management standards. **Qualifications:** **Qualifications** · Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality industry. · Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or a related field. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). · Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Hyatt’s revenue management systems is highly desired. · Familiarity with central reservation systems, property management systems, and other revenue tools. · Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate insights effectively. · This is a required on-site position at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar in Nassau, The Bahamas.
