Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical revenue manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue optimization strategies to maximize profitability and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and occupancy levels Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to make data-driven decisions Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies across departments Monitor and forecast revenue performance, identifying opportunities for improvement Manage inventory distribution across various channels to maximize revenue Generate and present regular performance reports to senior management Implement and maintain revenue management systems and tools Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management Train and mentor team members on revenue management principles and techniques Participate in budget planning and goal-setting processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field Proven experience in hotel commercial revenue management Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Proficiency in computer use and MS Office applications, especially Excel Experience with modern revenue management systems (RMS) and business intelligence (BI) platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles and practices Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams Adaptability to changing market conditions and industry trends Customer-focused mindset with a goal-oriented approach Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Additional information
