Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Revenue Manager to join our team in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and utilizing revenue management methods, processes, and tools to maximize turnover and optimize our hotel's financial performance.

Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to make data-driven pricing decisions Forecast occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) for future periods Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies across departments Manage inventory and pricing across various distribution channels, ensuring rate parity and optimal visibility Conduct regular performance reviews and prepare reports for hotel management Lead weekly revenue management meetings and provide insights to key stakeholders Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of revenue management initiatives and adjust strategies as needed Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management Train and mentor team members on revenue management principles and techniques Optimize group and corporate pricing strategies to maximize overall revenue Manage and maintain the hotel's presence on online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution platforms Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management or related fields Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and revenue management software Knowledge of digital distribution channels and online travel agencies (OTAs) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in hotel operations, particularly in front office or reservations, is preferred Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement innovative revenue strategies Additional information Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide Learning programs through our Academies Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world About the Company
