Job descriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team in M\u00f6venpick Waterpark Resort & SPA Soma Bay and reporting to the General Manager.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our revenue strategies and supporting the overall financial performance of our resort.
Assist in daily pricing and inventory management for multiple propertiesAnalyze market trends and demand patterns to develop short, medium, and long-term revenue strategiesSupport the evaluation of group inquiries and provide quotations aligned with brand and property strategiesContribute to maximizing room revenues and RevPAR, aiming to achieve RGI targetsAssist in preparing room revenue forecasts and annual budgets in collaboration with General ManagersParticipate in revenue meetings, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize resultsSupport the preparation and analysis of end of month performance reportsCollaborate with Revenue Manager, General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing to maximize revenue across the hotelMonitor competitive set pricing and market conditions to recommend strategic adjustmentsReport to the General ManagerQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
