Job Description

Minor Hotels is seeking a commercially focused and analytical Revenue Manager to join our team based in Brisbane. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue performance across a cluster of hotels, ensuring optimal results through data-driven strategy, system management, and market analysis.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Revenue, the Revenue Manager will be responsible for implementing effective yield controls, overseeing system accuracy, and delivering insightful performance reporting. The goal is to maximise revenue and market share through the proactive management of pricing strategies, segmentation, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and implement yield controls to optimise revenue across all channelsMonitor and analyse RevPAR index (RGI) and market trends to inform pricing strategiesApprove rate strategies and oversee daily pricingEnsure all revenue systems (e.g., PMS, RMS, Siteminder, Synxis) are validated and operating to full capacitySupport commercial decision-making through accurate reporting and segmentation analysisIdentify and evaluate market opportunities through pick-up analysis, pace trends, and production reportingDeliver monthly performance reviews with strategic recommendations

QualificationsProven experience in revenue management, preferably within a multi-property or cluster environmentStrong analytical capabilities and attention to detailProficiency with revenue systems and reporting tools (RMS, Synxis, etc.)Ability to interpret data to drive strategic outcomesStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA collaborative, results-driven approach aligned with our core values
