Job Requirements
\nAs Revenue Manager, you are responsible for analyzing and presenting financial and demand-based data that will help the Commercial Team and Senior executive team to make well-informed decisions about potential new business and the market, in general.
\nThis position will report directly to the Director of Revenue Management. The primary purpose of this position is to support the commercial team by monitoring group and transient business thresholds within a specific forecast timeframe to ensure measurable improvements for demand and availability. Supply critical analysis on the effect of short-range decisions effecting occupancy, average rate and rooms profit goals.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\n\nManage and lead the Reservations Team through day-to-day operations.\nEnsure effective and accurate gathering of information and analysis is conducted in order to identify and maximize on all possible opportunities and minimize any risks.\nProvide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors.\nPrepare, along with your leader, a market segment outlook and maintain on a daily basis by monitoring actual results versus forecast for plan achievement.\nComplete and analyze month-end reports.\nContribute to develop, monitoring and adjusting sales and pricing strategies. \nOutline risks and opportunities relative to meeting rooms versus guest room availability to present at weekly meetings.\nEnsure Team Members have current knowledge for all relevant processes, policies and promotions, as necessary, to perform their duties.\nManage reservations team performance in compliance with company policies and procedures. \nRecruit, manage, train and develop the Reservations Team\nWhat are we looking for?
