5+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Business Strategy roles with direct impact on revenue outcomes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead through influence across diverse teams.Strong analytical background: deep understanding of pricing mechanisms, A/B testing frameworks, and forecasting methodologies.Proven ability to manage and coach cross-functional teams (analysts, data scientists and product teams).Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. Familiarity with SQL, Looker or BI tools is a plus.Passion for experimentation, curiosity for customer behavior, and relentless focus on value creation.Business fluency in English.What’s in it for you?
