Dare for Better. We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Growth Management (Beverage) Long-Term Intern to join our team in İstanbul. Responsibilities Assist the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team with regular analysis and reporting of key RGM projects; identify issues early and ensure timely corrective actions to achieve Business Unit (BU) growth objectives. Build and maintain scorecards and KPI trackers for RGM initiatives; recommend corrective actions to address short-term challenges that may impact initiative effectiveness. Support the team in designing and implementing promotion strategies, including pre- and post-evaluation, KPI tracking, and performance reporting. Analyze complex datasets and consolidate large Excel files into concise, insightful summaries. Qualifications Undergraduate student in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Up to 2 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. Available to work 3 to 5 days per week. Fluent in English and Turkish. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Highly motivated, flexible, and energetic. Analytical, result-oriented, and eager to learn. Able to deliver results under challenging deadlines. A team player with curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset.
