Description We are looking for a skilled Revenue Cycle Manager for a Waukesha, WI area organization. This role is vital for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of revenue-related activities, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes. • Implement strategies to optimize cash applications and ensure timely payments. • Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of healthcare revenue cycle operations. • Collaborate with various departments to streamline revenue accounting and reporting. • Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of financial processes. • Develop and enforce policies to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. • Train and mentor staff to improve team performance and knowledge of revenue cycle management. • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in billing and payment processes. • Identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions to enhance revenue cycle operations. • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients to ensure satisfaction and transparency. Requirements • Proven experience in revenue cycle management, preferably within the healthcare industry. • Strong knowledge of revenue accounting principles and practices. • Expertise in billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes. • Proficiency in cash application and financial reconciliation. • Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports. • Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle systems and compliance requirements. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
