**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Position:** Revenue Management Coordinator
**Division:** Revenue
**Reports to:** All Inclusive Operations Manager
**OBJECTIVE**
Responsible for building rates for all transient segments, supporting the RMAS team with certain reports and tactical inventory tasks, strategy execution, and assisting with administrative duties.

**Specific Functions:**
1. **Key Areas and Responsibilities:**
2. Authorization of rooms, rates, and restrictions in Synxis and Opera
3. Use iDeas systems to maximize revenue and profit.
4. Be an expert in room inventory and restrictions.
5. Support CALA RMAS team with daily office tasks.
6. Execute and distribute strategy packets
7. Support preparation for strategy calls.
8. **Analytical Skills:**
9. Daily, weekly, and monthly reports to help formulate strategies.
10. **Inventory Management:**
11. Create and update necessary rate codes. Remove outdated ones.
12. Effective management of room inventory.
13. Monitor and document special events.
