FinancialAnalyze hotel revenue performance and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and profitability improvement.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Market Share, and Forecast Accuracy.Support the revenue forecasting process for Rooms and assist with Food Beverage and Events forecasts as required.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide analytical insights to support business decisions.Assist in evaluating pricing strategies and revenue initiatives by measuring performance against budget and forecast.Ensure accurate maintenance and reporting of financial and operational data in compliance with hotel and corporate standards.

Business ManagementSupport revenue optimization efforts through analysis of demand patterns, booking pace, market trends, and customer segmentation.Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, business plans, strategic plans, and monthly reforecasts.Conduct detailed analysis of business performance by segment, source market, channel, and rate category.Prepare analytical reports and performance dashboards to support strategic decision-making.Identify opportunities to improve business mix and maximize revenue contribution across all revenue-generating departments.Track promotions and business initiatives to evaluate effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).

Revenue Management Marketing AnalyticsAssist in inventory management, forecasting, and rate strategy deployment for transient and group business.Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, and industry trends using revenue management tools and market intelligence platforms.Support the maintenance of data accuracy and integrity across PMS, CRS, RMS, and reporting systems.Generate business intelligence reports from systems such as Cognos, IDeaS, Delphi, Opera, and other hotel reporting platforms.Analyze channel performance and booking patterns to support distribution and channel management strategies.Assist in the optimization of dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.Monitor and report on market share performance using benchmarking tools such as STR and Hotel Benchmarking reports.Provide analytical support for weekly revenue meetings, including pricing recommendations and demand forecasts.Track promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives, providing performance analysis and recommendations.Support customer segmentation analysis to identify high-value customer groups and revenue opportunities.Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure revenue strategies are successfully implemented.Assist in evaluating e-commerce performance, website conversion trends, and online distribution channel effectiveness.Prepare competitor analysis reports highlighting pricing, positioning, and market movements.
