Job Title: Revenue AccountantJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Revenue Accountant responsible for managing accounts receivable invoicing for 400-500 properties, while also addressing inquiries from property owners. The role involves significant interaction with Oracle platforms and manual processing.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare and complete balance sheet reconciliations for assigned hotels.Review, reconcile, and record daily income journal activity for each hotel assignment.Reconcile assigned bank accounts daily, ensuring that the general ledger activity ties to the bank and noting any variances for discussion.Communicate open items identified during daily reconciliation processes with necessary follow-up.Identify and remit chargeback documentation.Complete monthly bank reconciliations by day 2 of each month.Adhere to internal cash reconciliation processes and reporting using Oracle and Blackline application data.Provide support on the accounts receivable process as needed.Assist in managing the disbursement and reconciliation process for assigned hotel property renovations.Perform reconciliation of multi-property and portfolio-level banking transactions.Prepare and post approved monthly financial statement journal entries.Assist in the accounting and transition of new property acquisitions.Contribute to the successful completion of external financial audits by providing timely reconciliation requests and information.Provide support on ad hoc projects.Essential SkillsProficiency in accounts receivable processes, Oracle systems, reconciliation, and journal entry.Associate Degree or higher in Accounting.Strong PC skills, including Excel and Word.Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to work overtime as necessary.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsHospitality and hotel-specific experience preferred.Experience with Blackline strongly preferred.A/R experience strongly preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
