Specialist under the direction of the Optimization Innovation Manager is responsible for partnering with revenue cycle teams to identify operational pain points and support improvement initiatives They will conduct data analysis to improve performance improvement efforts while supporting the development and documentation of current and future state workflows They will assist in the implementation of automation and process optimization technologies as well as participate in stakeholder meetings and knowledge sharing activities They must also maintain compliance and documentation updates for implemented improvements Serves as a role model by displaying the HHC HW leadership behaviors Provides departmental coverage as necessary Position ResponsibilitiesKey Areas of Responsibility middot Collaborates directly with front line staff to understand current state workflows and day to day challengesmiddot Foster embedded relationships with operational partners to ensure alignment with improvement effortsmiddot Assist in interpreting key performance metrics such as denial rates and collections efficiencymiddot Translate data insights into actionable recommendations tailored to department specific goalsmiddot Participate in collaborative working sessions with teams to map workflows using clear visual toolsmiddot Incorporate stakeholder feedback to ensure operational feasibility and staff adoptionmiddot Work with technical teams and end users to support testing and integration of automation toolsmiddot Identify ways to streamline repetitive tasks while ensuring compliance and accuracymiddot Actively contribute in team huddles debriefs and cross departmental forums to promote transparencymiddot Capture and share feedback from operational partners to refine processes and increase user buy inmiddot Ensure workflows process changes and tool usage are clearly documented and up to datemiddot Support adherence to internal standards and applicable regulatory requirementsmiddot Support the creation of job aids and tip sheets tailored to various user rolesmiddot Provide hands on assistance during go lives and team onboarding to drive process adoptionmiddot Dailyweekly monitoring and reporting of department specific metric and organizational key performance indicatorsmiddot Provides coaching and mentoring as needed to improve staff performancemiddot Attends daily LEAN Huddles and maintains huddle boardmiddot Promotes team engagement in the daily HuddlesTraining and Developmentmiddot Ensures HealthStream learnings are
