We're now looking for a Returns & Repack Operative to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Timely processing of all returns in line with agreed SLA's

\n\n\n

Process returns, repack and put back into stock

\n\nSalvage damaged stock\nWash//Dry service of premium goods\nAssist with stock control\nArranging returns of any stock to customers or suppliers in a timely manner in line with agreed SLA's\nLiaising with customer/supplier via email and direct calling to enhance the customer experience\nComply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to all rules and regulations\n\n
