Job Summary

The Returns Associate is responsible for processing or putting up all returns coming in the warehouse from our customers and warehouse damages 

Key Responsibilities Include:

Sort all cartons by customer RA#Receive credit in before it can be processedDetermine if the product is good for restock or return to vendorScan items and enter quantity by UPC codeSort items after scanned in RTN Bin or vendor box

Supervision:

This position is frequently supervised by the Returns Supervisor.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
