The Returns Associate II will be in charge of collaborative work with Sales, Customer Support & Materials to ensure the correct process of RMAs, support the customer with return issues and ensure the product is returned/delivered as proper. This role requires a heightened attention to detail and analysis.
What will you be doing:
Responsible for facilitating the product return and replacement process
Provide support to the department, RMA Production Control and Vendor Returns through RMA research, administrative tasks, and process improvements
Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credit to customers
Investigate customer RMA requests through WMS transaction history, Unity/CORS/DMS order history, inventory adjustments, special handling requirements, quality alerts, review of QOIs, datasheets and other documentations
Interface with multiple warehouses, sales, asset, and suppliers for issue resolution
Manage internal and external communications that come through the email, chat and phone
Document all return transactions accurately in the system.
Obtain RMA approval from the supplier by submitting return requests through email or supplier portal, ensuring all required documentation is included.
Initiate return shipment to the supplier upon RMA approval, track delivery, and follow up to obtain the failure analysis report and final disposition of the returned material.
What do you need to have?
Relevant system experience with Oracle, SalesWorkbench
3 years of relevant experience related in Returns, review Quality of product and supplier handling.
Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
Effective communication skills across multiple departments (warehouse, sales, asset, customers)
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience performing detail-oriented tasks
Troubleshooting skills, adaptability, competent multitasker
Flexible with schedule
