Internship Duration: 3 months Eligibility: Open to candidates currently not employed Requirements: Previous relevant experience Location: Shanghai, China Mode of work: On-site https://www.softwareone.com/en The role Role and Responsibilities Dedicated for MV- Tableau Business The responsibilities for the position include a broad range of tasks, but mainly: Responsible for sorting out and optimizing the company's internal business processes, ensuring their efficiency, compliance, and scientific nature. Closely communicate and cooperate with the team, handle customer business needs, and achieve assigned goals and sales targets. Strictly execute various tasks according to established business processes, including but not limited to quotations, bidding, purchase orders (PO), contract management, procurement orders, and payment follow-ups. Manage the entire process of drafting, reviewing, signing, and archiving company business contracts. Ensure the accuracy, legality, and completeness of contract terms, and protect the company's legal rights. Analyze and solve problems that arise during the execution of processes, propose improvement suggestions, and continuously improve the business process system. Collaborate with CCOE and other department teams to coordinate various aspects of the business process, ensuring timely information transmission and smooth workflow. Communicate and coordinate with customers, handle issues and disputes in the business cooperation process, maintain good cooperative relationships, and improve customer satisfaction. Assist other departments in carrying out business activities, such as participating in project negotiations and market research, providing professional support and advice on business matters. Manage various business documents and materials, establish a complete document archive system for easy query and traceability. Track customer payment status, understand the payment progress and overdue situations in a timely manner. Send payment reminders to customers in advance according to the payment terms agreed in the contract, ensuring customers pay on time. Handle other related matters assigned by the leadership. What we need to see from you Requirements Mandatory career Break of 3 Months You should be fluent in the know-how of an agreement lifecycle and pro-active in engaging our clients to drive expansion and retention. You should have an aptitude and flair for account management. Additionally, having some previous experience either in the departments of sales operations and customer service will assure you to achieve success in the long run. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Management, Business Administration, Financial Management, or related fields. Strong communication skills, capable of effective communication and coordination with the sales team during contract signing and project execution. Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities, able to quickly and accurately analyze and resolve issues in business processes, such as contract disputes and overdue payments; able to closely cooperate with various internal departments to complete business projects and achieve business goals. Good time management and stress resistance, able to complete various tasks within the specified time. Relevant business work experience, such as in quotations, contract management, accounts receivable management, and familiarity with business processes and operations. Project management experience is preferred. Conscientious and responsible, meticulous and rigorous, with a high sense of responsibility and dedication. Good learning ability and innovative spirit, able to continuously improve professional skills and overall quality. Able to quickly adapt and maintain a positive and optimistic attitude in difficult situations Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality regarding trade secrets. The nature of your job is to interact with people. In such a case, empathy is a must, and the ability to understand client’s needs is all that the job is about.
