Qualification Requirements: B.E. or MCA with 14+ years of experience in architecture, designing, and building large scale distributed systems. Experience with Microservices architecture, Design Patterns, API Design, System Integrations. Proficient with Microsoft .Net technologies as well as open-source technologies like NodeJS, PHP Experience with both RDBMS & No-SQL databases such as SQL Server, Mongo Hands-on experience with full stack development experience, various 3rd party tools for monitoring as well as trouble shooting Exposure to building solutions on any cloud technologies and Tools. Extensive experience doing design and code reviews and providing guidance to development teams. Soft skills such as whiteboarding to present different design options, incorporating feedback from teams, performing cost benefit and trade-off analysis, bias for practical use vs theory, etc. Experience researching various approaches, doing proof-of-concepts, assessing pros and cons and presenting viable fit-for-purpose designs. Exceptional interpersonal skills that include the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with technical and non-technical personnel at all levels Experience using and exploring GenAI
