As a Product Control Analyst in the Product Control team, you ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and support our trading desks. Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily profit and loss reporting and month-end close processesProvide detailed analysis and reporting on financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance managementPartner with the business to implement robust controls and support new business initiativesDrive coordination across front and back office support functions to resolve control and reporting issues accurately and timelyServe as an analytical and project support resource for product controlHandle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basisMaintain strong attention to detail and control focus in all tasksCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships across teamsSupport continuous improvement of processes and controlsContribute to a collaborative and inclusive team cultureRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or a related areaExperience with profit and loss reporting and month-end close processesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related fieldStrong analytical skills and attention to detailDemonstrated control focus in previous rolesExcellent communication skillsAbility to develop strong working relationshipsProficiency in financial analysis and reportingExperience working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesCommitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reportingPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsSolid understanding of financial productsExperience supporting trading desksAdvanced Excel or financial systems skillsExposure to new business initiatives or process improvementsProject management experienceExperience coordinating across multiple teamsProfessional certification such as CPA or CFA
