Job Description Summary

The role is responsible to perform project design support functions, create and develop occupancy plans, prepare test fits, concept design, single line drawings and other project definition documentation. Develop planning and design thru BIM software, Autodesk Revit in particular.

About the Role:

Provide design support by preparing occupancy plans, test fits, concept designs, and project documentationDevelop, maintain, and optimize BIM/Revit models in alignment with project standards and workflowsCreate BIM templates, families, and support automation of BIM processesProduce and update design documentation, including legacy CAD drawings and building layout revisionsCollaborate and deliver project outputs on time, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to requirements

About you

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or ArchitectureMinimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Architecture or Interior DesignProficiency in BIM software, especially Autodesk RevitStrong understanding of technical/graphic standards and interpreting drawings or specificationsAbility to meet deadlines and work independently or collaboratively
