What you'll do as: Retail/Warehouse Store Manager

Receive and process inventory and inventory managementMeet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff.Maintain professional and technical knowledge of products and services offeredEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceComplete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsPropose innovative ideas to increase market shareConduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needsDeal with all issues that arise from staff or customersBe a shining example of good behavior and high performance

Work Experience

Demonstrated track record of success as a retail store manager, extensive sales experience, proficient computer skills. Strong leadership abilities, adept at customer management. Exceptional organizational skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Prior experience operating a forklift is a plus. Capable of regularly lifting, pushing, and pulling 50-75 pounds. Fluency in Spanish is a bonus. Availability to work on Saturdays is required.
