Wage: $21.00 per hour Hours: 24-30 Hours per week Benefits: Dental and Medical plan after 3 months Schedule: Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Territory Coordinator to support day-to-day field execution and ensure operational excellence across assigned territories. This role acts as a key link between the District Manager and Field Representatives, with a strong focus on call completion, problem solving, administrative tasks, and team support. Key Responsibilities: + Monitor daily/weekly call completion and productivity metrics + Track, manage, and follow up on pended or incomplete calls to ensure timely resolution + Assist with recruiting efforts, including screening and conducting interviews + Work alongside Field Reps to redirect, coach and train, as needed + Serve as a point of contact for Field Reps regarding questions, processes, and expectations + Help maintain appropriate coverage across assigned territories + Escalate field issues and trends to the District Manager as needed Our Ideal Candidate: + 2+ Years in retail merchandising or retail support preferred + Prior experience in a supervisory, lead, or coordinator role preferred + Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills + Proficiency with field reporting systems, excel, and email communication + Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision + Comfortable working remotely while supporting a field team across territories APPLY NOW!
