b Overall Pur ose: b Res onsible for overseeing all as ects of daily store o erations, ensuring rofitability, exce tional customer service, inventory management and efficient su ervision of staff. br br b Key Roles and Res onsibilities: b Ty ical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: br textformat • b Team Leadershi : b Lead a team of Assistant Store Managers and Retail Store Consultants to accom lish sales, customer satisfaction and o erational goals. br textformat textformat • b Sales and Customer Satisfaction: b Ensure the store meets sales erformance, rofitability targets and high levels of customer satisfaction through coaching and training of em loyees. br textformat textformat • b Inventory Control and Financial Re orting: b Maintain and manage o timal inventory levels at store location. Com letes accounting and re orts associated with sales, recei ts and rices. br textformat textformat • b Store A earance and Merchandising: b Maintain the cor orate standard of store a earance. Im lement direct sales merchandising romotions. br textformat br br b Job Contribution: b Oversees em loyees res onsible for sales, customer ex erience, and o erations. Res onsible for assigning tasks, im lementing sales lans and adherence to com any olicies. Leads the team to maximize sales, customer ex erience and o erational efficiency. Res onsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disci linary action, and romotional activity for subordinates. b Su ervisor: b Yes. br br b Education Ex erience: b Bachelors degree (BS BA) desired. 1+ years of related sales, retail, or call center customer facing ex erience.
