该职务向零售患者解决方案负责人汇报。

岗位主要职责:

制定和实施患者解决方案项目,以满足患者需求并改善健康结果。 根据消费者旅程、零售客户洞察等,为业务团队提供战略建议,以提升患者健康管理体验。 与销售、医学、数字化等多部门开展跨职能协作,及时沟通项目方案和计划,确保最新策略的落地执行,跟进项目执行进展。 通过与内外部相关方创新合作来提高患者疾病认知。充分利用各种平台,包括线上、社媒、线下活动等,开展疾病科普扩大声量。 通过与学协会和其他合作伙伴协作,帮助连锁完善患者管理,改善患者服务。 探索患者可及性/可负担性项目,以改善患者获得创新优质治疗方案的机会。 按照公司政策和SOP、辉瑞的价值观和监管准则,合规开展所有项目和活动。

任职条件:

学士学位,研究生及以上学位优先。商业、制药或医疗行业背景者优先。 5年以上医药行业市场营销工作经验。有院外市场工作经验者优先。 具备战略思维和高效执行能力,能够综合复杂信息并推动数据驱动的决策。 良好的跨部门沟通和协作能力。在执行复杂项目和影响团队实现突破方面有成功的记录。 流利的英语书面和口语水平。良好的电脑工作能力,包括 word/excel/PowerPoint 坚持诚信、合规和合乎道德的商业实践。

Retail Patient Solution Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

Retail Patient Solution Manager is responsible for driving and executing innovative patient solutions to help retail end-users access better disease education information and medication services.

This role reports to the Retail Patient Solution Lead.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement patient solution programs to meet patient needs and improve health outcomes. Advise business teams on strategies based on consumer journeys and retail customer insights, aiming to enhance the patients’ health management experience. Carry out cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical, digital and other departments, timely communicate project plans to ensure the implementation of the latest strategies, and follow up the progress of project implementation. Improve patient disease awareness through innovative collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Make full use of various platforms, including online, social media, offline activities, etc., to carry out disease education and expand the voice. Foster partnerships with academic associations and other partners to help retailing chains improve patient management and patient services. Explore patient accessibility/affordability programs to improve patient access to innovative and high-quality treatment options. All projects and activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and SOPs, following Pfizer's values and regulatory guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree, graduate degree or above preferred. Background in business, pharmaceutical, or medical industry is preferred. More than 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in out-of-hospital marketing is a plus. Strategic thinking and efficient execution to synthesize complex information and drive data-driven decision-making. Good cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills. Proven track record of success in executing complex projects and influencing teams to achieve breakthroughs. Fluency in written and spoken English. Good computer skills, including word/excel/PowerPoint Strong commitment to integrity, compliance, and ethical business practices.
