Retail Security Officer – B&Q, Belfast (Harbour Exchange)
Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour
Contract: Minimum 27 hours per week (additional hours available)
Shifts: Days, weekends, and bank holidays

What You'll Do

Act as a visible and approachable security presence to deter theft and ensure a safe environment for staff and customers

Monitor, report, and respond to any security incidents or safety hazards promptly

Use your knowledge of Assignment Instructions (AI's) to deliver exceptional service

Conduct patrols, complete reports, and follow health & safety procedures to the highest standards

Collaborate with emergency services when required, ensuring all incidents are properly documented

What We're Looking For

SIA Licence – Essential

Previous security experience – strongly preferred

Full UK Driving Licence & own vehicle – desirable, not essential

CCTV PSS SIA Licence or SC Clearance – desirable, not essential

Someone who is alert, professional, and committed to continuous development
