Now Hiring: Retail Security Officer

Location: Auburn, MA 

Shifts: 2nd shift, Thursday-Saturday 

 

Are you someone who enjoys helping others, staying alert, and keeping environments safe? Join our team at the mall located in Auburn as a Retail Security Officer and make a difference in your community every day!

As a Retail Security Officer, you will be the first line of defense in protecting shoppers, employees, and property within the mall. You’ll provide a visible, professional presence, assist with emergencies, patrol the premises, and respond to incidents calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities:
 

Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the mall interior and exterior

Deter criminal activity through high-visibility presence

Monitor surveillance systems and access control

Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and disturbances

Provide excellent customer service to mall visitors and staff

Enforce mall policies and support lost & found efforts

Complete detailed reports on daily activities and incidents

 

Qualifications:

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.Valid Driver's license Excellent computer knowledge At least 18 years old

Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting
