The PositionThe Retail Sales Manager plays a key role in bringing that vision to life by leading our retail, clinician engagement, and e-commerce strategy. This role is accountable for ensuring patients can access our Self-Monitoring Blood Glucose (SMBG) portfolio through the right channels, at the right time, nationwide.
The Opportunity
As the face of our Diabetes Care commercial team, you will work across functions, teams, and ecosystems to create impact. You will lead a national team, build trusted retail and clinician partnerships, and ensure that our solutions reach those who need them most.
You will also bring strong commercial acumen and digital fluency to drive performance across traditional and emerging retail channels.

You are a strategic commercial leader with a track record in healthcare, medical devices, or consumer health. You thrive in cross-functional roles, understand both retail and digital levers, and bring energy into every partnership and team you lead.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences; MBA is a plus5–10 years of commercial experience, including team leadershipProven success in pharmacy retail and/or mass-market channelExperience in clinician engagement and digital growth strategiesStrong communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skillsDeep understanding of Indonesia’s healthcare and retail landscapeWho we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
