**Casual Role:** **Key accountabilities:** + Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targets + Maximize sales and promote to all customers our Travelex product range + Embrace the digital mindset via social media – Google reviews/Facebook/Instagram + Monitor stock levels and fully investigate overs and shorts (differences) and report + Comply with all company and location policy and procedures, including legal requirements **Your experience:** + Passion for Travel and positive can-do attitude + Excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills + Able to work independently and as a member of a team + Enjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environment + Retail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience is desirable (but not essential) + Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail + A strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIs + Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externally At Travelex, our colleagues are our core.
