Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targetsMaximize sales and promote to all customers our Travelex product rangeEmbrace the digital mindset via social media – Google reviews/Facebook/InstagramMonitor stock levels and fully investigate overs and shorts (differences) and reportComply with all company and location policy and procedures, including legal requirements

Your experience: 

Passion for Travel and positive can-do attitudeExcellent verbal communication and written comprehension skillsAble to work independently and as a member of a teamEnjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environmentRetail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience is desirable (but not essential)Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detailA strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIsAbility to build and manage relationships  across all levels, internally and externally
