The first JBL Store in Europe opened its doors more than four years ago in Sendlinger Strasse in Munich and has been very busy and well accepted by customers ever since. This is an opportunity to be involved in a high energy team, selling Harman’s consumer products which include high-end, cutting edge technology and multiple brand products in a fast paced environment at JBL Store in Munich.
What You Will Do:
Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering assistance, and providing a memorable and exceptional experience.Educate visitors and promote Harman technology, brands and history.Advise customers by asking questions, determining needs and presenting products and features in a consultative manner.Helps customers make selections by establishing and maintaining rapport, offering suggestions and product options based on customer needs and sound quality. Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.Contributes to team effort by meeting/exceeding established sales goals.Assists customers with any product or service problems using company guidelines and by partnering with managers to resolve issues.What You Need to Be Successful:
