Country Egypt City CAIRO Workplace location CAIRO-CORNER STR 254 & 206(EGY) Employer company TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt Domain Industrial Projects Type of contract Regular position Experience Minimum 3 years Context & Environment Manage construction projects to ensure delivery on budget within timeframe.Co-operate with construction team to achieve development targets.Work on team developing the TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt (TEME) contractors.Managing projects with full KPI document needed for each projectJob is both office and field oriented with consultation with maintenance & projects managers, network sales manager, General trade manager, territory mangers, maintenance engineers and dealers Activities Promote HSEQ corporate policy among managed projects.Ensure the implementation and conformity to HESQ standards in all construction projects phases.Implement all asset integrity and mandatory upgrades and close all gaps.Provide timely accurate Capex cost estimation for all assigned projects.Work with the development team to provide Capex cost estimation and initial drawings for new stations projects.Work with the SFS & Sales teams to modify final drawings and modification for assigned projects to meet all the requirements and planning for future operation and expansion plans.Calling & participating in construction tender processes by providing drawings, technical specifications, Bills of Quantities, etc., on projects and other works at different sitesManagement of external professionals, consultants and contractors of different competence levels.Manage new construction projects and ensure delivery in accordance with budget, specification, quality and time.Manage new Vendors through registration, compliance, HSE prequalification, IZI program and ICC process.Improve construction performance as per set targets. Conducts audits of ensure that their HSEQ Management System is in compliance with TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt (TEME) requirements.Conducts audits on construction sites to ensure contractor compliance with TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt (TEME) standards.Contracts and Unmbrella tenders’ updates and review management.select new contractors & consultants to provide the targeted maintenances, projects quality & cost goals.Supervise and closely monitor all contractors (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical…. etc.) all through the construction projects phases.Authorize completion and evaluation of each contractor work according to the agreed time schedule, the budget and with high quality construction/finishing standards.Control payments to contractors and suppliers throughout the construction phase in accordance with contracts terms.Ensure and train contractors to comply with the TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt (TEME) Contractor Management System, including the permit-to-Work system, TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt (TEME) golden rules, working heights, scaffolding safety and Retail Simple Rules etc.Ensure that contractors comply with local safety regulations.Ensuring control over the Project Management covering the following areas (Project planning, Engineering & Design, Cost control, calling for tender, preparation tender documents, Site management, Handover management)Apply & implement the Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance and Integrity Policies and Program.Implement the required process of due diligence within my area of responsibility.   Apply the entire ethical approach and TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt (TEME) code of conduct values.Comply with HSE policies & 12 golden rules.Minimize the risk during carrying out the work according to approved risk analysis.Has a Strong knowledge of HSE issues even though it is not updated regularly. Candidate Profile Civil or Architecture Engineering profile with 5 Years Experience as minimum.  Fluent in English.Siteworks experience with good management of the resources available. Demonstrating high ethical attitude Demonstrate potential leadership skills to coach the contractor to follow and apply TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt (TEME) guidelines.Conducts Safety Trainings.Familiar with the Group’s Rules and Directives concerning HSEQ.Familiar with the adequate behavior to be adapted in case of incident (first level intervention mainly). Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations) Additional Information TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth and offers equal opportunity careers.
