**Job Summary and Responsibilities** Join our St. Francis retail pharmacy team and practice in a setting where patient care and service excellence come first. In partnership with the Pharmacy Manager, you’ll deliver safe, accurate, and efficient pharmaceutical care while helping drive operational and financial performance. **What You’ll Do** + Accurately dispense prescription and OTC medications in compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations + Provide patient counseling and drug education to patients and healthcare providers + Perform thorough drug utilization reviews to ensure safety and optimal therapy outcomes + Oversee and support pharmacy technicians and ancillary staff workflow + Collaborate with providers and insurance companies to resolve prescription and coverage issues + Support inventory management, quality initiatives, and operational efficiency + Administer immunizations and participate in MTM, collaborative practice agreements, and bedside delivery programs **What You Bring** + Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient safety + Retail pharmacy experience preferred + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who values meaningful patient interaction, teamwork, and community-focused care. **Job Requirements** **Required Education and Experience** + BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy **Preferred Education and Experience** + One year of work experience in a retail pharmacy setting + Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree **Required Licensure and Certifications** + Active Pharmacist License in good standing in the state of Nebraska + BLS-CPR **Where You'll Work** CommonSpirit Health was formed by the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health.
