Then come to our \"Insanely Customer Centric\" Team and become a Certified International Specialist!\n\n\nYOUR TASKS:\n\n\n\n\n\nMeet individual revenue targets assigned for Retail Sales thereby contributing to the country’s overall target.\nRegular follow up with the existing clientele to drive Retail Sales.\nProfessionally conducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new retail lead opportunities.\nProactively provide information/handle queries of customers by investigating shipment details(weight accuracy), shipment incidents involving undelivered, returned, misrouted, delayed, lost damaged shipments etc.\nRespond to customer queries regarding information on shipping prices and general customs requirement in accordance to DHL Service standards and processes.\nGenerate reports based on daily Sales.\nMust be willing to relocate as per company’s need and/or requirement.\nAs a front line staff, a balance of courteousness and efficient manner is expected when dealing with customers.\nLiaise and work closely with the related departments ensuring smooth operation.\nAny other assignment that may deem fit for the position and/or need of organization as may be assigned.\nEnsure that an efficient & accurate filing system is maintained at all times\n\n
