In this role, you will manage portions of the category P&L and develop strategies to improve revenue and margins. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and create efficient communication processes. Responsibilities + Manage category P&L and develop strategies to drive revenue and margin improvements. + Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve customer or seller issues. + Build and implement standard operating procedures to streamline and automate communication. + Utilize data and visualizations to analyze the resale business and provide insights for business reviews. + Support weekly and monthly business reviews with detailed data analysis and insights. Essential Skills + 3+ years of experience in retail operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiation and result-oriented experience. + Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. + Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data formulas. + Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with financial analysis and SQL. + Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams. + Knowledge of reverse logistics or re-commerce operations. + Experience in category management with 6+ years of experience. + P&L management experience of 2-4 years. + Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables. Must be open to go onsite M-F Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
