Retail Operations Specialist

In this role, you will manage portions of the category P&L and develop strategies to improve revenue and margins. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and create efficient communication processes.
Responsibilities
+ Manage category P&L and develop strategies to drive revenue and margin improvements.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve customer or seller issues.
+ Build and implement standard operating procedures to streamline and automate communication.
+ Utilize data and visualizations to analyze the resale business and provide insights for business reviews.
+ Support weekly and monthly business reviews with detailed data analysis and insights.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in retail operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiation and result-oriented experience.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
+ Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data formulas.
+ Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with financial analysis and SQL.
+ Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
+ Knowledge of reverse logistics or re-commerce operations.
+ Experience in category management with 6+ years of experience.
+ P&L management experience of 2-4 years.
+ Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables.
Work Environment
This role requires onsite work. The work environment is supportive of continuous learning and professional growth, with the potential for contract extension and conversion. You will work cross-functionally in a collaborative setting, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and data tools.

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, Washington. Must be open to go onsite M-F
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
