Supports Legal governance, data security, purchasing, and other cross-functional approvals + Develops RMN performance frameworks to set goals, measure results, and drive continuous improvement + Supports GTM and commercial enablement efforts, including case studies, client webinars, and the EM+ value proposition + Partners with the Head of EM+ and HR to lead the Nova Scotia Talent Strategy, recruiting and developing a high-performing Halifax-based team + This role leads cross-functional alignment with enterprise marketing, shopper marketing, promotional planning, loyalty, IT, measurement, product management, legal, security, purchasing, finance, and HR as well as advisory committees and external suppliers, ensuring collaboration governance, decision clarity, and organizational support of EM **What you have to offer:** + Minimum of 12+ years digital advertising/media/marketing experience in a complex, matrixed organization + Experience creating, implementing, and refining process to drive efficiency + 5+ years experience leading high-performing teams + Experience in a start-up environment a plus; retail or CPG experience a plus + Proven ability to guide a cross-functional team to a common vision and lead through influence. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities with limited resources + Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization + Strong financial acumen \#LI-CF2 #LI-Hybrid **Who we are:** We started in a small town in Nova Scotia but we are now in communities of all sizes across this great country.
