**In this role, you have the opportunity to**
Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology.
**You are responsible for**
+ Initiate offline flagship store marketing strategy and translate into granular action plans.
+ Drive retail sellout growth and market share growth: work closely with category marketing managers to drive category growth in retail which secure category sellout and market share target. (Male grooming, Oral care, Beauty)
+ Market analysis: good with numbers and have strong analytical skill. Be able to closely monitor the market’s dynamic and capture opportunities through the analysis of offline market, competition and sell out.
+ Shopper insight understanding: shape the consumer decision journey based on deep understanding of consumer insight and shopping behavior.
+ Plan development and execution: come up with and implement channelized retail activation plan including Portfolio & Merchandising, POSM, Promotion, Activation
+ New product launch: work together with category managers to assure the successful new product launch in retail.
+ Budget Management
+ maximize the ROI within agreed budget scope
+ A&P/Margin allocation and tracking
+ Achieve retail operation excellence. Initiate flagship store activation by product category.
+ Other cross category marketing activities support on project base
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
+ 6+ years’ experience in marketing activities in a multi-national consumer goods company.
+ Experienced in store/retail operation management is desirable
+ Strong communication skills and presentation capabilities
+ Good English command
+ social marketing content competence
+ Ability to interface effectively with cross-brand resources
+ Results oriented, Self-motivated and could work under pressure and dynamic circumstance
