Cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners, unlocking new opportunities and helping to shape the future of entertainment retail. Lead with influence, aligning diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver a unified and compelling retail experience. Leverage data and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions, ensuring our programs are always ahead of the curve. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can pivot quickly and manage multiple, mission-critical projects.  Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in retail strategy, account management, or licensing, with at least 7 years of proven success, particularly with the Target account. A deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics, with the ability to optimize strategies on a global scale. Exceptional relationship-building skills and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and key retail partners. Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive business performance.
