Retail Marketing Coordinator
Job Description Insight Global is hiring for a Retail Marketing Coordinator to support a Marketing Creative & Merchandising team, which manages in-store creative for 619 retail locations. This role will coordinate creative projects from briefing to execution, working with cross-functional teams and assisting with new product launches and event activations. Responsibilities include managing timelines for high priority launches and supporting creative deliverables such as window vinyl's, light boxes, and planograms. Candidates should have 5–6 years of experience in project coordination or marketing operations, strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience with One Door or agency/retail work is a plus. This is 6-month ongoing contract and pays $48-51hr. Skills and Requirements • 5–6+ years of experience in project coordination, retail marketing, creative operations, or a related field  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint  • Ability to coordinate the flow of creative projects from briefing to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate   ○ Support creative briefings and ensure alignment with brand and retail standards  • Ability to follow through on tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously  • Strong communication and collaboration skills  • Ability to assist with the execution of in-store marketing elements such as window vinyl's, light boxes, marketing towers, and planograms  • Bachelor's degree required Experience with retail marketing Telecom experience
