The Opportunity  

This position is based in Lima, Peru. Its main function is to lead market access core functions related to Biosimilars and Oncology strategy including introduction in Peru; build and implement key initiatives to ensure key account management initiatives; and accelerate biosimilar adoption. You will help define the commercial strategy and lead the execution of plans necessary to meet sales and margin objectives in the pharmacy chain, independent pharmacy and distributor channels.

What you will do

Meet monthly and annual sales and margin targets.Design and implement comprehensive strategies retail channel, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Lead negotiations with key clients.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmacy chains, distributors and main clients. Define strategies to reduce gross to net and maximize pricing actions.Conduct in-depth market analyses to identify opportunities, assess competition, and inform strategic decisions.Establish internal standards, directives, and procedures that ensure excellent customer service from the request to the sale settlement.Develop pricing strategies that balance affordability and profitability Maximize sales and profitability of the generic product portfolio, managing strategic pricing and inventory control to avoid SARs.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, finance, supply, RA) to ensure cohesive execution.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree with 10 years of industry experience.MBA is a plus.Languages: Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
