Wanting to take a step up into a Retail Manager Role at a unique retail, entertainment, and dining asset located on local Waterways on the Gold Coast, home to first-class residences.

Working with a number of stakeholders within the landlords organisation and externally, this busy environment is your chance to obtain invaluable experience and a great role to further showcase your impressive track record to date.

Your focus in this role is to work closely with our Senior Centre Manager to ensure the smooth daily operations within a collaborative team culture. You will also be responsible for developing and managing positive retailer relationships and ensuring delivery of key items within the business plan including overall asset profitability.

What this job involves:

The role will assist in optimising the centre’s performance and presentation, with a strong focus on arrears, developing the best outcomes for retailers on capped occupancy deals and nearing or hitting percentage rent.

Other key responsibilities include;

·        Assisting with the management of Budgets and Business Plans

·        Manage Monthly Reports

·        Manage Accounts Receivable

·        Manage Accounts Payable

·        Manage Sales Reporting and Turnover Rent

·        Manage Annual Outgoings and Promotions Levy Audit

·        Assist with Centre Leasing

·        Tenant Communication – Face to Face and written

·        Manage Lease Administration

·        General Administration

·        Front Of House Operations

Sound like you?

You will be a true property professional with proven success in shopping centre management, with an in-depth knowledge of the retail sector. You possess excellent client relationship management skills and always look to find a win/win solution for any challenge you meet.

Outstanding interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, as is prior exposure to finance, budgeting, operations, contractor management, leasing, and marketing.

The tenants require someone who will engage with them regularly and is 100% invested in their interests. You have a tenacious attitude, determined to accomplish only the very best outcomes. You can make the right decisions, communicate courteously and proactively, learning all about the customers short- and long-term needs, determined to achieve the best results. 

A Qld Real Estate Salesperson Certificate is required.
